Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products made through this website.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are physical leather goods, notably bags.
Product descriptions and photographs are provided for indicative purposes only and are not legally binding.

Article 3 – Price
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT) for orders within the European Union.
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply and remain the customer's responsibility.
Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

Article 4 – Order and Payment
Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

Article 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
Indicated delivery times are estimates only.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Customers within the European Union)
In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to notify the seller of their decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.

Following notification of withdrawal, the customer has an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, without signs of wear or use, and in their original packaging.
Any signs of use, wear, or deterioration may result in the refusal of a refund.

Article 7 – Commercial Return Policy
Independently of the legal right of withdrawal, a commercial return policy of up to 30 days after product receipt may be offered.

This commercial policy applies only to products that are unused, undamaged, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging.

Article 8 – Refund
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

Article 9 – Liability
The seller's liability shall not be engaged in case of misuse of the products.

Article 10 – Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
